Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products and materials meet quality standards and specifications. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of quality management systems.
Duties:
- Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Analyze data and test results to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Skills:
- 2 years inspection experience or 3 years working in a manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and other tools for quality inspection
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., CGMPs, ISO13485)
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes in a manufacturing environment
